公共娱乐场所治安管理工作研究[范文]

 摘要

当前，伴随改革开放更深入发展，社会经济进入转型期，在建设特色文化中国的背景下，人们的文化娱乐需求不断提高，我国公共娱乐场所从经营规模与服务的档次都获得了巨大的进步，表现出极好的发展态势。公共娱乐场所这一行业不仅丰富了人们业余文化生活内涵，还为人们茶余饭后提供了各种休闲环境去处。但与此同时，公共娱乐场所又是很容易发生打架斗殴、黄、赌、毒等案件的行业。我国公共娱乐场所目前存在治安状况对我国公安机关治安防控和管理带来新的挑战、新的问题，形成新的治安管理难点和社会热点。因此，怎样科学有效地创新公共娱乐场所管理的方法与手段，就是目前摆在全国各级公安机关治安管理面前的又一项极其重大任务。

本论文结合自己在工作岗位上的实践情况及思考，以重庆市九龙坡区的公共娱乐场所治安管理为研究对象。本文根据九龙坡区公安分局在公共娱乐场所治安管理工作中存在的难点、原因展开分析研究，从创新公共娱乐场所治安管理思路、丰富公安机关对公共娱乐场所的治安管理方法、建立和完善公共娱乐场所行业自律机制与体系，打造良好的公共娱乐场所治安管理环境等四个方面提出了完善公共娱乐场所治安管理的对策建议。因此，通过对重庆市九龙坡区公共娱乐场所治安管理工作中存在的难点、原因、对策进行充分的分析研究，促使公安机关对公共娱乐场所治安管理制度化、规范化管理，确保公共娱乐场所健康、有序、合法经营。

Therefore, how to effectively strengthen science entertainment management methods and means, is now in front of the national public security organs at all levels of public security management is an extremely important task.

In this paper, combined with his practice in work and thinking, to the chongqing Kowloon slope area entertainment public security management as the research object.
